JAKE RADDOCK

Jake began his legal career in 2001 and has practiced in the fields of trusts and estates, tax, and real estate law. He focuses his practice on estate planning for individuals, multi-generational families, and closely-held businesses. He has worked with estates of various sizes, and his detail-oriented approach produces tax-efficient estate plans and the successful resolution of probate proceedings in Surrogate’s Court. Most importantly, Jake enjoys getting to know each client and understanding their unique circumstances and priorities in order to help create the optimal estate plan for them and their family. Prior to forming Raddock Fried PLLC, Jake worked as an associate in the tax department of Proskauer Rose LLP as well as the real estate fund formation group at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Tammy has over 25 years of legal experience advising corporations, foundations and charities, as well as high net-worth individuals on tax, trusts and estates, tax-exempt and not-for-profit law. She has represented individuals from all walks of life, from young couples helping them put together their estate plan and guardianship for their children, to older, well established individuals, looking to preserve wealth. Prior to forming Raddock Fried PLLC, Tammy was a senior tax associate at Proskauer Rose LLP where she advised tax-exempt organizations such as hospitals and other healthcare organizations, arts organizations, educational institutions private foundations and public charities on a wide range of issues including obtaining and maintain tax-exempt status, governing issues, entering into joint ventures, conducting permissible grant-making activities, and avoiding impermissible activities. Her practice also covered various issues such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, real estate transactions, stock and debt offerings and issuing financial instruments. She was then a Vice President, Tax Counsel at American Express Company where she advised on corporate tax matters, and headed up global employment tax and global tax reporting. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
